Phillip Sharp brings over five years of insurance experience to Aleaf, with a passion for helping clients navigate complex coverage needs—especially in the early education industry. Originally from Harlingen in the Rio Grande Valley, Phillip earned his degree in Radio, TV, and Film from the University of North Texas in 1997. Before entering insurance, he had an extensive career in sports broadcasting, having announced more than 350 games across basketball, baseball, softball, and football. His background includes play-by-play work for the Texas Legends, Radio Free Frisco, Frisco ISD, and Denton ISD.



Outside of work, Phillip is a dedicated family man, married to his wife Nikki and father to two sons, Caleb and Dustin. He’s also a proud Texan foodie with a passion for low-and-slow BBQ—owning seven smokers and even more grills. Phillip’s blend of sharp analytical skills, personable service, and enthusiasm for solving insurance challenges makes him a valued partner to his clients and team alike.
